La Lambra
DANGEROUS BEACH-WAVES AND CURRENTS. NO SWIMMING
Following the route eastwards, after Pedro Barba we find the beach of La Lambra.
This wild spot is largely free from tourists, and here the visitor can enjoy nature in its most unspoilt state. Dunes of white sand surround the beach and the waves caress the black rocks of the coast. A little further to the north we find a natural phenomenon of great scenic value: Los Arcos. Here, the line of the volcanic coast forms some curious and surprising natural arches of basalt rock, several metres tall. Below them, the sea crashes fiercely against the coast and crabs and limpets thrive.
