The Lovers of El Mojón
The ceramics of El Mojón are well known throughout the island, and the charming figures known as "Los Novios de El Mojón" are particularly famous. In addition to its ceramics, El Mojón is dedicated to livestock farming and the traditional cultivation of Lanzarote products such as onions, potatoes, and tomatoes, among others. Its Hermitage of San Sebastián (16th century) is truly beautiful, despite its small size, featuring a single nave and a gabled roof.
