Description
The aparthotel "Océano" was built in 1989 over a parcel of 2100 square meters. The complex, built around a magnificent swimming pool, has 40 studios (2 key category) situated in the heart of Costa Teguise, at 150 meters from the beach "Las Cucharas".
The complex is located in the village Costa Teguise of the island of Lanzarote, the canary island nearer to the african coasts, in the Atlantic Ocean. The climate is hot and sunny most of the year.
All the studios have an average surface of 50 square meters and have a terrace. Doors are equiped with electronic locks and the kitchens are equipped with hot plates, electric oven and a refrigerator. Customers also have a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The studios are suitable for 2 people, but there is the possibility of increasing the capacity to 3 by adding an extra bed. There is as telephone and a payment TV and WIFI as well included in the studio. The bathroom has all the necessary comforts such as shower-bath, bidet, hairdryer.
