Teguise Welcomes Christmas with Its Traditional Christmas Market
This edition will take place in La Villa from December 5th to 8th and in Costa Teguise from December 12th to 15th. On Monday, December 2nd, the Teguise Town Council presented the 2024 Teguise Christmas Market at the iconic Palacio Spínola. This event combines tradition, craftsmanship, and gastronomy in a festive atmosphere, and will be held in two locations.
Event Program
This event offers a key platform for local commerce, serving as a bridge between merchants and tourists. In addition to artisanal and gastronomic products, the Costa Teguise market will feature a varied program for all audiences.
Highlights include musical performances, such as Efecto Pasillo, a Queen tribute band, and Los Salvapantallas. There will also be shows for children, a visit from Santa Claus, and the Efecto Pasillo concert, which will take place on Saturday, December 14th.
This initiative is supported by various sponsors and collaborators, including the Tourism and Commerce Departments of the Teguise Town Council, Turismo Lanzarote, the Centers of Art, Culture, and Tourism of Lanzarote, and Felapyme. These organizations have contributed to enhancing the Christmas experience and boosting the event’s impact on the local and tourist economy.
